We supply design services to several of the UK’s most prominent timber frame and SIPs manufacturers and understand their product ranges, so can offer completely impartial, no-obligation advice on which system would suit your project best. Each method has its benefits, mainly in terms of cost, speed of erection and build quality – we can give you the guidance you need to make an informed decision on which is best for you.

Complete flexibility of design.

If you wanted your scheme to comprise a range of homes of differing sizes but with a common aesthetic theme, we can adapt any of the designs shown on our site to suit. Simply look at the floorplans to determine which layouts suit your needs the best, and then give us a design brief (covering, for example, the wall finishes, roof finishes, window types etc.) and we can amend our designs to meet your requirements and/or those of the local planning authority. The external appearance of any of our designs can be completely transformed however you wish.
