Changed your mind about your chosen house design?

Obviously, we want you to be completely happy with your choice, but on rare occasions, customers decide that on closer inspection, the design they’ve chosen isn’t right for them. That’s why we offer a 14-day no-quibble refund policy. If the house design you’ve chosen is no longer suitable for your needs, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Where a plan has been customised by the Houseplansdirect team, we reserve the right to deduct any costs incurred during this process.

Please note that regrettably, due to their transient nature, we cannot offer refunds on “Pre-planning Packages”, or our “Ten Minute Guides”. Thank you for your understanding.
