Introducing a new house design to our range, The Kenchester – an executive-style, 2.5 storey home with more than a hint of New England flair.
The latest new house design in our collection features four spacious bedrooms, with the Master Suite occupying the entire Second Floor. With its own en-suite and dressing room, the Roofspace of the Kenchester is a secluded escape from the hustle and bustle of the family hub on the Ground Floor.
That hub is based around the open plan kitchen and dining areas, which bring the outside in thanks to huge bifold doors looking into the rear garden. Just off this area is the generous Living Room, which can be included in the open plan space or separated off to provide privacy, and some peace and quiet.
Completing the Ground Floor layout, we have a well-proportioned Study a the front of the house – far enough away from the reception areas to allow focus and productivity, but still just a short walk from the kettle! An accessible WC is provided, and a Utility offers access to and from the Garage, while also accommodating white goods. The Garage itself is a standard double size, while retaining additional room for storage.
On the First Floor, we have three bedrooms, all of them with walk-in wardrobes. The family bathroom is amply-sized to accommodate guests and visitors, while bedrooms 2 & 3 also benefit from their own en-suites.
